Add a URL to the buffer

You can change the setting of certain URL later

Note:

·All the data should follow Google Sitemap Protocol

·The date of last modifaction ,change frenqence and priority is all optional.That's you can leave them empty.

·The date of last modification can be in the format "YYYY-MM-DD" .Besides,if the time zone is setted, "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss","YYYY-M-D h:m:s" are also OK.The program will convert the date into ISO 8601 format

·Valid priority range from 0.0 to 1.0
